Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: Sample : 3-7days
Mass production :15-25 days normally base on specifications and quantity of products.
Q5: What about the shipping package?
A: Standard Export Carton (MAX 15 KG each carton) Normally. Special outer package method support.
Q6: How about the QC & Inspection?
A: We have special QC department responsible for inside checking. And third part inspection company like SGS, BV inspection acceptable.
Q7:I urgently need the bags for an event , is rush production possible ?
In some cases, we can rush the production time and offer express delievery , the cost of express shopping depends on the size weight and time of delievry . Call or e-mail us and we'll calculated the price for you . Pls note that customs clearance is outside of our control .
Q8 What’s your payment terms?
A: We prefer 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T or L/C.
